Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Karachi as of now.

Orders placed before 6 PM during store hours [11 AM to 6 PM] may be processed earlier.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Shipping Charges Structure

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using a reliable courier.

Delivery standard duration is 1-2 business days. A standard shipping fee of 200 PKR applies to orders Karachi, but this may increase based on total order weight.

Refunds and Exchanges

We accept exchange/refunds within the 14-day window, if the item is in its original
condition, and we will either exchange, or refund the full order amount.
