What makes Hearth & Hungry different from other ready-to-eat meals?

We use home-style cooking methods and premium ingredients to create authentic Pakistani flavors—not mass-produced cafeteria food. Our meals are prepared in relatively small batches and sealed in tins to lock in freshness and taste, giving you restaurant-quality food with zero effort.

What dishes do you offer?

Our menu features Pakistani classics like chicken karahi and chicken qorma, and traditional curries. Each dish is crafted with authentic recipes and premium ingredients to deliver the real taste you'd expect from a home-cooked meal.


How are the meals packaged?

Our meals come in premium, food-grade tins that preserve flavor and freshness. The tins are convenient, shelf-stable, and designed for easy heating and serving.


Are your meals halal?

Yes, all Hearth & Hungry meals are 100% halal.

Preparation & Storage

How do I heat the meals?

Simply open the tin, transfer contents to a microwave-safe dish, and heat for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, you can take out the contents of the can and heat in a pan on the stove for 5-7 minutes. Full instructions are included on each can for your convenience.

How long do the meals last?

It is difficult to determine the actual best before date for ready to eat meals, as this depends largely on your environmental conditions and where you store them. However, our tinned meals have an average shelf life of 6-8 months when stored in a cool, dry place.

Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.

Do I need to refrigerate unopened tin cans?

No, unopened tins can be stored at room temperature in your pantry, making them perfect for stocking up.

How do I order?

You can order directly through our website. Alternatively, we also accept orders via WhatsApp and Instagram DM for your convenience.

What areas/cities do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across Karachi. Delivery charges may apply based on your location.

How quickly can I receive my order?

Standard delivery takes 1-2 business days within Karachi.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cash on delivery.

Please note that if you choose bank deposit (bank transfer) as your desired mode of payment, you should make the payment and send a screenshot as proof of payment to WhatsApp at 0330-7033083 for verification.

Furthermore, we provide complete transparency with respect to the ingredients used, nutritional facts, and the typical serving size, so you know exactly what you're consuming.

Are the portions suitable for one portion or families?

Each tin can typically serves an average of 2 persons. For families, we recommend ordering multiple tins or our family bundle packs.

Quality & Safety

Is are your meal cans freshly prepared?

Yes, all meals are prepared fresh in small batches using traditional cooking methods, then sealed immediately to preserve quality and flavor.

Do you use preservatives or artificial ingredients?

We do not use any preservatives or artificial flavorings (except for food grade color in selected recipes). Our focus is on real ingredients and authentic cooking—no artificial flavors.

Additionally, all the ingredients used in each meal are stated on our cans and can be verified.

Where are the meals prepared?

Our meals are prepared in a licensed kitchen facility in Karachi that meets all food safety standards.

Returns & Satisfaction

What if I'm not satisfied with my meal?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your meal, contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Can I return or exchange meals?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if there's a quality issue with an unopened tin, we'll gladly replace it.
